The hotel's location is simply breathtaking, right in the heart of the majestic mountains with stunning lake views. However, the accommodations felt quite dated, leaving much to be desired in terms of modern amenities. While the staff was generally pleasant, the service at certain times didn't reflect the premium experience expected from a resort spa. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, but some areas definitely need improvement to match the beautiful setting.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. The location by Emerald Lake is truly stunning, but the cabins left much to be desired. While the staff at the lounge bar were fantastic, the overall service from the management was disappointing. The cabin we stayed in was not well maintained, which affected our experience significantly.
